Used [Ecopoxy] to cast a 1.5" thick river table in walnut. Seal the edges of the wood and get all the pinholes sealed or you may have bubbles popup in the clear. I did measure a temp of 122F in the epoxy in a 76F room when pouring as expected. It is slow setting and allows a couple of hours to pop bubbles. I used particleboard covered with tyvec tape with 100% silicone sealer (not latex it comes off in the epoxy). I do give it about 8 days curing before sanding.
